FEEDBACK / COMPLAINT FORM

 Have you been affected by VT’s programme work in a positive or negative way? Do you have suggestions on how to improve our processes and services?


The feedback and complaints mechanism is available to raise concerns, complaints, appreciation/compliments or suggestions about the standards of service provided by VT, its staff, partners, volunteers or anyone directly involved in programme delivery.

We welcome and value all feedback; all complaints and suggestions will be taken seriously and followed up. To learn more please see our Programme Feedback and Complaints Policy.


This mechanism is not anonymous, but all complaints will be treated as highly confidential. If you would like to submit feedback anonymously, you can use our whistle-blower system. However, without any contact details provided it is difficult to follow up with you directly for any further actions or answers. VT encourages the submission of genuine and accurate information.
